About Wando Theatre

Wando Theatre is the educational theatre company at Wando High School in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Wando Theatre consists of our Honors Ensemble, Intermediate Ensemble, Theatre 1, Theatre Club, and any Wando students who participate in extracurricular productions. The program operates as an amateur theatre company based on our Wando Theatre Mission and ran by our Ensemble Members.

Wando Theatre offers several COURSES from an introductory to advanced level based on the South Carolina Theatre Standards and produces several productions a year!! Wando Theatre welcomes participation from any Wando student!!

We are proudly supported by the Wando Theatre Boosters, an organization consisting of parents and volunteers who provide financial and organizational support to the program. Wando Theatre Boosters coordinate our sponsorship, volunteers for event needs, and assist with keeping our program going!!
