Mean Girls Cast

I'm in 9th grade and this is my first show at Wando. My favorite scene we get to do is Apex Predator. 

Ava is a senior at Wando, this her third year doing the musical. Previously she played Ms. Darbus in High School Musical and Tanya in Mamma Mia! She loves theater is glad to be a part of this production as well

Isabella Radhakishun (she/her) is currently a freshman at Wando High School. She is currently a first-year choir singer for the Wando Concert Chorus and has continued with orchestra for the 4th year and is now playing with the Wando Concert Orchestra. Isabella grew up in Charleston, South Carolina. She started acting and singing when she was little and absolutely loves it. She loves Karaoke and hanging out with family and friends! She is extremely excited to be apart of this show and excited to see where her journey in high school takes her.

Charlie is a Junior at Wando High School, and this is his fourth musical. He is so excited to be in Mean Girls with the Wando Theater Program! Charlie hopes you enjoy the show and have a great time!

Dori is a senior at Wando. She has been and working on productions since she was in 2nd grade. Dori has been the lead stage manager at Wando for three years. Dori has managed High School Musical, Mamma Mia, and other small shows at Wando. She is going to Clemson for Special Education and a minor in Technical theatre. 

Ava is a Senior this year and is so excited to be in Mean Girls! Her previous roles include Ali in Mamma Mia, and a Cheerleader in High School Musical. She will be going to Clemson next year to major in Genetics, but hopes to continue dancing and singing, as it’s something she really loves. 

Elly is a freshman at Wando who is exited to be a part of musical. She stage managed for Oliver Jr. at Cario. Before she worked back stage she was onstage in Seussical the Musical Jr. (Wickersham brother #3), and a few other small plays.

Dominic joins the cast of Mean Girls following last year's musical, Mamma Mia, his first stage performance at Wando. He previously assisted with technical lighting and sound for productions of Alice in Wonderland and Wando Chorus' Cabaret. While in middle school, Dominic was cast in his first role as Admiral von Schreiber in The Sound of Music. Dominic is also a two year member of Wando Chorus. 

Beck is a Wando varsity volleyball athlete and showchoir bass 💯

Gianna is a freshman with a love for musical theater. She has played numerous roles, with her favorites being Mr. Wormwood (Matilda), Andrina (The Little Mermaid), and Sarah Brown (Guys and Dolls). She is excited to perform Mean Girls for a second time. 

An experienced dancer and stage actor, Cecily has appeared in productions of Anything Goes, A Wrinkle in Time, Beauty and the Beast, Mamma Mia, and It’s a Wonderful Life. Vocally, she is a four year member of the Wando Chorus, currently serving as co-President. She performed in the ensemble of Charleston Opera’s recent production of Elisir d’Amore, and recently was a back-up singer for Sarah Brightman during her Charleston Holiday performance. After graduation, Cecily plans to study Nursing and minor in Spanish, in addition to continuing to explore her love of the performing arts!

Wynnie Allee is a Junior at Wando. She loves participating in all of the performing arts opportunities available. She was in the Wando productions of High School Musical, as Martha Cox, and an ensemble member in Mamma Mia. Wynnie also performs with another musical theater company, outside of school. Her dream is to be on Broadway and perform in musicals as a career. 

Ma'ayan Aricha (she/her) is junior at Wando. She is a seamstress and costume designer who wishes to pursue a career in costuming and fashion after high school. Her fashion designs often stem from her love for theater and performance art and hopes to someday achieve the level of drama in her designs that she always adored. She has designed and created some of our costumes for Wando theater and wishes to do many more shows in the future. 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩

Katelyn Irizarry is a Senior and has been involved in the arts for the entirety of her middle and high school careers. As a sophomore she starred as Gabriella Montez in “High School Musical!” and she has played a variety of parts in many junior productions as well. Katelyn has also sang in choir since sixth grade and is currently in the Wando Show Choir. Katelyn will be going on to study psychology and music (voice) at the University of South Carolina in the fall, but don’t worry because Taylor Weddel will not be the end of her theatrical career! Her mamma used to say she’s been living in a musical since Katelyn was two and that’s not going to stop any time soon :)

My name is Caroline, this is my second year helping out with the musical and I am so excited to be here! 

My name is Jack Hipp and I am a senior here at Wando High school! I have the honor of playing Aaron Samuels, in mean girls the musical. I’ve been acting since a young age and my favorite roles have been Cedric Diggory in puffs, reverend Hale, in the crucible, pepper in mama Mia, Jack Scott in high school musical and many more!

Jacob Trammell is super exited to be Mean Girls. He is currently a senior at Wando and this is his second acting performance, the other in last year’s Mamma Mia.

Kelsey is a freshman at Wando. Theater has always been her passion and she started singing at just two years old! She has been in many plays including Annie, Seussical the Musical, and Wicked. However, this is her first year on Tech and she absolutely adores it. She loves working with everyone on the crew and hopes to continue with Tech in the future. She would like to thank her parents and brother for all the support and encouragement. She can't wait for you to see this show come to life!

Charlie Bader, 9th Grader

Alex is super excited to be in Mean Girls as Mr. Buck, Marymount 2, and a member of the ensemble! This is his second musical after last year's production of Mamma Mia, and his third overall show with the Wando Theatre group. Alex is thankful for his friends, family, and the cast of Mean Girls for giving him many opportunities to thrive in the world around him.


Annabelle Alford (she/her) is a graduating senior at Wando High School. She has been doing theater since she could walk, and has been doing shows all her life. She went to Charleston School of the Arts for theater during middle school. She has been in many shows throughout her life and is part of the International Thespian Society. 

Rose is a senior this year, and Mean Girls will be their 8th show at Wando and 3rd time in the Musical. Some of their other roles include Ensemble in High School Musical, Rosie in Mamma Mia, and Lizzie this year. They’ll be attending SCAD next year with a minor in performance art!

Jeremy Rokos is a junior and this is his third year doing the school musical. Previous productions that Jeremy has been in are Mean Girls Jr. (Glen Coco and Mr. Heron), Mamma Mia (Sky), Bobby Big Face (Mr. Poblano), High School Musical (Alan and a Jock), Night at the Wax Museum (Black Beard), and Aladdin Jr. (Prince Achmed's Guard). Jeremy Rokos is a member of Wando Chorus and is in their show choir. Jeremy is so excited to be performing alongside his friends and performing for all of you.

Maddie is a Senior this year and has performed in Grease (Sandy), Mamma Mia (Featured Singer), and Mean Girls Jr. (Featured Dancer). Maddie will be attending Savannah College of Art and Design with a major in Business of Beauty and Fragrance and a minor in Musical Theater. She is so grateful to be performing in Mean Girls!

Kiahna Melella is a Senior in our production of Mean Girls. She has been doing theater since the first grade. Kiahna has decided to continue her academic and artistic career at SCAD with a major in Acting in Film and B.F.A in Musical Theater. Kiahna is so grateful and blessed to be playing the role of Cady Heron and is excited for the next steps of her life!!

Peyton is an honors student and is excited to be a part of her first high school musical. She is a member of show choir and student council. She recently performed with the South Carolina All State Chorus. Aside from performing, she likes art, reading and traveling. She would like to dedicate her performance to God and her family. 

Audrey Grey, I have been doing theatre since I was really little an don top of that I was dancing too. I grew up in Anchorage Alaska and moved to South Carolina when I was 11. It has been an amazing experience to be apart of Wando theatre. :)

Kay Lowe (she/her) is currently a sophomore at Wando High School. She has been interested in theater since elementary school and began to become more interested in it when her neighbor introduced her to musical theater. She has been in a production of The Jungle Book as a member of ensemble and was an assistant director for a production of Step On A Crack, but was unable to finish the production due to Covid happening that same year. Through the experience between the two productions and the theater classes she has taken through school throughout the years she has realized that she preferred being an assistant director and has chosen to continue to be one throughout her high school theater experience at Wando. 

Aly is currently a freshman. She has been attending theatrical productions for as long as she can remember, and is excited to work behind the scenes on Mean Girls.

Riley (she/they) is a senior at Wando High School in her fourth consecutive season with the Wando Theatre Program. She is a member of the Honors Theatre Ensemble and is currently studying Honors Theatre (Theatre 4H) under Wando Theatre Director, Mr. Clyde Moser. Riley has enjoyed performing in musical theatre since she first discovered it in the summer before sixth grade. Riley made her theatrical debut in The Aristocats Kids with the Musical Theater Center in July 2017 and never looked back! She went on to perform in eleven musical productions with four different stage companies before also joining the Thomas C. Cario Middle School and Wando High School Theatre Programs. Riley will be attending the College of Charleston in the fall - where she plans to Major in Theatre and Minor in Psychology before pursuing an acting career. She will really miss Wando Theatre when the year is over. 

Sayde J. Handegan (she/her/hers) is thrilled to be playing Gretchen Wieners! Sayde currently a senior at Wando and President of Wando’s chapter of International Thespian Society. Sayde was last seen as Megan Jones in Wando’s Puffs. Some of her favourite roles include Katie (School of Rock), Ladybug (James and the Giant Peach), and Madison (Boundless: The Musical, Original Cast). Sayde is also a part of Charleston Stage’s Theatre Wings Apprenticeship. She will continue to pursue theatre in college. A mis estrellas. @saydejhandegan saydejhandegan.square.site

Brandyn Thomas, This is my first big performance and I am so happy to be performing with this amazing cast.

Caris loves theatre and dancing! This is her second musical at Wando, and she has also appeared as Sally Perks/Bippy in "Puffs" and Abigail Williams in "The Crucible." She is so excited to be in "Mean Girls"!
